On Sunday, June 4th the Valley Cardiac Rehab Society and Town of Kentville will host the 7th Annual Life Cycle. Once again, the Eastern Kings Memorial Health Foundation is our principle sponsor enabling Life Cycle to remain a free (or minimal cost) community event celebrating the health and healing benefits of exercise and active living.

Everyone is welcome to participate! Most events are free but there is a small fee to register for the Road Rides.

The theme of Life Cycle is cycling, but there will be non-cycling activities as well including: walking the car-free trail, learning CPR, adult fitness testing. The Kids Interschool Challenge is back again this year with Bike Check-up, Mountain Bike obstacle course, Guided group rides, CPR teaching, Bike Electricity generator, Bounce Kingdom, Adrian Campbell Tire Toss and the ever popular Slow Bike Race!
