Everyone is welcome to participate!

Join us Sunday, June 9th for the 9th annual Valley Regional Hospital Foundation LifeCycle hosted by the Valley Cardiac Rehab Society and Town of Kentville. LifeCycle is a free (or minimal cost) community event celebrating the health and healing benefits of exercise and active living.

Most events are free but there is a small fee to register for the Road Rides,

The theme of LifeCycle is cycling, but there will be non-cycling activities as well including: walking the car-free trail, learning CPR, adult fitness testing. The Kids Interschool Challenge is back again this year with Bike Check-up provided by mechanics from Banks Bikes and Cyclesmith, Bike Obstacle Course courtesy of Trail Flow, Supervised Trail Ride on the Valley Rail Trail, CPR teaching, Bike Electricity Generator, Bounce Kingdom, Adrian Campbell Tire Toss and the ever popular Slow Bike Race!

For our 9th Anniversary, LifeCycle’s School Challenge will be back to provide a fun and active morning for kids. The School Challenge trophy and cash prize was awarded to KCA last year for having the greatest percentage of school enrollment participation!
